What do I get for free?
Every exam includes 10 diagnostic questions and a 40-question mock exam pack. No credit card required, no time limit. Use the free tier to evaluate ExamPal before committing.
How does the Pass Guarantee work?
If you meet the eligibility requirements and still don't pass, contact us with proof of your exam result. We'll extend your Pro access by 3 months at no charge. Quarterly or Annual subscription required. Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions are managed through the App Store. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions. There are no cancellation fees.
Do explanations cost extra?
No. Detailed explanations are included in every paid plan with no per-use charges. Use them as often as you need — there's no hidden credit system.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Your study history, scores, and mistakes notebook are stored locally on your device. If you resubscribe later, everything picks up where you left off. We don't delete your data.
